CAD OPERATOR
Provide CAD drafting services to assist the designer or engineer in the preparation of design documents using AutoCAD 2010 on Windows XP or Windows 7. Must be able to read and understand Architectural, Structural, MEP, Sprinkler drawings. Coordination of all trades for clearances and avoidance of collisions. Individuals with full mechanical knowledge (plumbing, piping, sheet metal) are given preference. Experience with Cad-Mech and Navisworks is a plus.
ENERGY SALES ENGINEER
Sales Engineer to pursue customers in the commercial and institutional marketplace to develop energy savings related programs. Key responsibilities will include initiating the overall development of programs for clients related to optimization of building performance with the ability to develop proposed savings and costs for all measures; preparing client presentations and playing a key role in contract negotiations; and, performing site surveys of mechanical, electrical, energy management, building envelope, lighting and water systems to determine possibilities for cost reduction opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience of consultative selling, primarily in delveoping energy efficiency projects for commercial and institutional clients; familiarity and experience with HVAC system, controls, electrical and lighting technologies; and experience calling on senior level decision makers. An Engineering degree and Certified Energy Manager preferred.

Experience in light industrial is considered a plus. DISPATCH/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Service Department seeking a qualified candidate with dispatch/contract administration experience. Duties include dispatching technicians to service calls, forecasting manpower needs, acting as a liaison between technicians and project managers, and reviewing paperwork for accuracy. Additional responsibilities involve scheduling and billing maintenance contrracts and overseeing that scheduled work is accomplished. The ideal candidate will have previous dispatch or service administrative experience and will be dependable, self-reliant, and detail-oriented.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGERS
We are currently seeking degreed engineers for a Senior Project Manager and three Project Manager Positions. The requirements are a minimum of 10 years experience with an industrial turnaround/construction company performing boilermaker and pipefitter work in oil refineries and/or power plants. As a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for projects from "cradle to grave". Areas of responsibility will include estimating, proposal writing/submittals, scheduling, cost control, personnel management, client interface, contract management and safety.

CRAFT (PIPEFITTER) SUPERINTENDENTS
Work with assigned engineer to plan logical work schedule and sequence, determine employment levels, materials and equipment needs. Oversee craft workers assigned, providing guidance and accurate information to ensure optimum productivity. Ensure that project rules, procedures, quality and safety requirements are maintained consistently. Work with other departments as needed to ensure good communication and schedule adherence. Communicate potential problems, interference and schedule difficulties to project management. Work to prevent and resolve problems and minimize their impact on project goals. We recruit superintendents from the ranks of craft foremen and general foremen. We will consider with experience in similar industrial construction projects. A minimum of six years of industrial construction experience is needed, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
CONSTRUCTION FIELD ENGINEERS
The field engineer performs in a hands-on environment providing essential interface between project management and craft labor to ensure the construction effort is performed in accordance with contract specifications. Field engineers will need to function in both the boilermaker and pipefitter disciplines. The candidate must be able to lay out the sequence of work, prepare work packages and work lists for assigned craft, requisition materials, hardware, consumables and other supplies. Must be able to conduct walk downs of systems to verify completed work and update project controls. Individual should research and resolve problems relating to drawing interpretations, conflicts, interference and the like. Serve as technical go-to person as questions arise. We require at least a two-year technical degree. BA or BS in construction or a similar field is preferred. Hands-on field construction/engineering experience in the petro-chemical and power industrial sectors is preferred.
PROJECT CONTROL / SCHEDULING PROFESSIONALS
This position requires detailed estimating, planning, monitoring and reporting on every aspect of the job. Must be able to develop and maintain primary and area specific schedules, project control documents and labor forecasts. The candidate must analyze work progress and develop craft productivity reports. Must be able to work with other departments as required to ensure good communication and schedule adherence. Individual will watch for schedule variances through assessment of progress data supplied by others, as well as personal observation and verification of project completion progress. Individual must communicate potential problems, interference and schedule difficulties to senior management. Work to prevent and, if needed, resolve problems so they have minimal impact on project goals. A four-year degree in construciton management or similar field, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Two or more years of similar construction scheduling experience is required. Working knowledge of and ability to estimate and apply resource monitoring and control techniques and computer scheduling techniques. General understanding of the nature of process systems, structures, and construction process is also essential.
QUALITY CONTROL PROFESSIONALS
QC professionals, including inspectors / engineers and site quality manager, staff each construction project with responsibly to ensure delivery of quality construction. The candidate must assist in the establishment of project standards based on contract requirements and regulations. Individual should be able to develop and communicate project quality procedures and protocols. Perform staff and craft employee training on quality standards and procedures. Conduct work area audits, inspections and tests of work as it is performed. Identify and control existing and predictable deficiencies and implement effective corrective measures. A two year technical degree or equivalent experience and technical training. ASNT Level II or III Certification in at least two NDE methods and AWS QC1 Welding Inspector Certification is necessary as well. Industrial construction inspection experience is preferred, with the proven ability to identify quality issues, effectively correct them, and prevent their reoccurrence. Our QC professionals work with clients and all levels of employees, and therefore must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. QC Engineers need to have at least five years of industrial construction inspection experience in addition to some degree of supervisory background.
