ST. LOUIS – A longtime supporter of the United Way of Greater St. Louis, Murphy Company topped its 2016 goal of $100,000, raising $100,714 for United Way agencies throughout the St. Louis area.

John Schrader, Service Operations Manager, led the company-wide fund-raising effort that included a Fall 2016 campaign kick-off event and fun incentives. Murphy Company is proud to report a record-breaking 90-percent employee participation rate.

The United Way of Greater St. Louis helps one in three people in the St. Louis regional annually. Through United Way’s local partnership with more than 170 nonprofit agencies, as well as programs and services such as United Way 2-1-1, STLVolunteer, and others. More than one million people are served by United Way each year.
